1. Introduction

Welcome to Texas Pros Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at texasprosnetwork.com (the “Site”) and our services connecting homeowners with vetted HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other home service professionals in Texas (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Site or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Texas Pros Network operates as a referral and matching platform that connects homeowners and property managers (“Users”) with independently licensed home service contractors (“Service Providers”) in Texas. We vet and verify Service Providers based on licensing, insurance, customer reviews, and professional qualifications.

Important: Texas Pros Network does not itself perform any HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or other trade services. We facilitate introductions between Users and Service Providers. Any service agreement is directly between the User and the Service Provider.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of or own property in the state of Texas
  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a quote request
  • Have the legal authority to authorize work on the property in question

4. Quote Requests and Contact Information

When you submit a quote request through our Site, you agree that:

  • The information you provide (name, email, phone, address, service type) is accurate and current
  • You consent to being contacted by Texas Pros Network and/or matched Service Providers regarding your request
  • Your contact information may be shared with vetted Service Providers for the purpose of providing the requested quotes
  • You may receive follow-up communications related to your service inquiry

5. Service Provider Vetting

We take reasonable steps to verify that Service Providers in our network:

  • Hold valid licenses as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
  • Maintain appropriate general liability and workers’ compensation insurance
  • Have a track record of positive customer reviews and professional conduct

However, Texas Pros Network does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by Service Providers. We recommend that Users independently verify licensing, obtain written estimates, and review contracts before authorizing any work.

6. No Warranty

The Site and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Texas Pros Network makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The availability, accuracy, or completeness of information on the Site
  • The quality or outcome of services performed by third-party Service Providers
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Texas Pros Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or Service
  • Any work performed by Service Providers connected through our platform
  • Any disputes between Users and Service Providers
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in quote requests
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or Service
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse Service Providers or Texas Pros Network staff

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Texas Pros Network or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law
